                                            Starting posture
 律動平衡操,包含六組從不同的人體工學角度設計的動作。
 律動時,保持自己舒服、且能清楚覺知動作的速度。
 每一組動作皆分為兩階段,由小動作延伸到大動作,
 漸進的練習拓展我們的覺知範圍與細節。


 The “Rhythmic Exercise” contains 6 sets of movements drawn from human ergonomics.
 Move rhythmically at a speed that is comfortable and mindful.
 Each set of movements is made of two stages:
 a small movement that turns into a big one,
 which is the practice of gradually expanding our circle of
 awareness and minuteness of detail.
















                        律動前,先調整身心。雙腳安穩站在地上,雙手輕鬆放身體兩側。
                          自然呼吸,覺察自己現在身體的感覺。從頭到腳,完全放鬆。
                                      First, balance the body and calm the mind.
                   With both feet planted firmly on the ground, rest your hands lightly against the sides of your body.
                              Breathe naturally. Be mindful of your body in the present moment.
                                           Fully relax from head to toe.
